11:00 am Bruch, Location to be determined by Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Otis.

We understand the time commitment involved in being a member of a wedding party and we thank you greatly for the time and resources you have already invested.

Men, your tuxedoes can be reserved now at any Men’s Warehouse location of your choice, please ask for Stephen Otis's party when making your reservation. I suggest picking your tux up on Thursday, August 16th. Payment and fitting should be done now.

Ladies, as you know the dresses are at David’s Bridal under Amy Anderson. We ask that your shoes and accessories be in silver and not over powering. If you have questions about jewelry please contact Brenda or me.

The Bride and Groom want all visible tattoos covered completely. There are a number of tattoo concealers available for purchase.

It is your duty to inform any guest who inquires about registry information. Stephen and Amy are registered at Macy’s, Crate and Barrel, and Target.

I ask that any in town Bachelor/Bachelorette parties take place on the weekend of May 10th -12th to ensure that we do not have a hang over bride or groom. These parties will provide a proper send off for friends who are not attending the overnight trips planned by the bride and groom.

I look forward to seeing all of you on August 17th, if you need to contact me before that day please use my information listed below.

Warmest regards,

Tamara Whiteurst
